When we think of giving, the first thing that comes to mind is our money. But there is much more to giving than that.

Both the Old Testament and New Testament Scriptures teach tithing as God’s financial plan for the support of His work. We encourage our church family to help financially support the ministries of First Church. To give a financial gift visit the GIVE page on our website.

But we also give to help support mission work all over the world. The Gospel is the "good news," and it needs to be spread. So we help support mission works through our church budget and financial gifts from our church family.

We give of our time (volunteering) and talents as well, knowing that if each one gives a little, God can do great things through us. By giving of our time and using our talents, we are giving back to the Lord and contributing to His Kingdom.
